For this round we are looking to invest up to $1,500 on each home. We are aiming for 3-5 homes but that will be finalized as we see the needs. Priority will be given to nominations that demonstrate: neighbors leveraging friends, family, and other neighbors to do the repairs. We are looking for homes that are in close proximity to each other and exterior repairs that will show a visible impact.
Please ensure that your nominee fits the following qualifications:
The nominee property needs these type of repairs:
Porch repair (railings, steps, supports, etc.)
Overgrown vegetation (weeding, mulching, etc.)
Light fixture upgrades
Other minor repairs may be possible
** A new roof and siding are NOT eligible for this program
If the nominee does not own the property, approval from the landlord has been attained and landlords commitment to matching funds has been confirmed.
You, as the nominator, have spoken with the nominee and agreed on this nomination.
